Website Analytics Services

Website analytics will tell you about your website visitors - who they are, what they looked at, their demographic information, where they came from and when they left, and much more. The idea is that if you know what they are doing, then you will know what you need to do to improve the website. Our analytical reports and traffic information will give you the data needed to know exactly how your website is performing.

With our anlytic package, there are no big programs to install, and no special skills are needed. We install a small snippet of code on your pages, and then give you access to a Report Viewer that allows you to see live traffic information, and much more. Live demonstrations are available - just contact us and let us know.

Make Smarter Decisions

The best thing about website analytics is their ability to give you immediate information. From a marketing / sales perspective - this is a huge point to understand. It allows you to try something new, and know immediately if it is working or not. Smart decisions are based on good information, and if you can immediately know how effective something is and how much it is costing you, you will have the most accurate information.

We have a analytics solution that will allow you to know:

  • Traffic statistics - views, visitors, number of downloads, etc.
  • PPC statistics - conversion statistics
  • Navigation statistics - what pages are getting viewed, in what order, stickiness, entry / exit pages, etc.
  • Visitor statistics - know who visits your site, their frequency, motivation level, etc.
  • Referrer statistics - know where your visitors are coming from, what keywords they are using to find you, which pages are being found with which keywords, referrer trends, etc.
  • Page statistics - which pages are the most and least popular, which are most sticky?
  • System statistics - know what your website visitors are using; their browsers, screen resolutions, operating systems, etc.
  • Demographic statistics - know where your visitors live, what language they speak, their time zones, etc.
  • Site Quality Reports - know which pages are loading slow, which ones have broken links - and more.
  • Site Uptime Monitoring - get emailed when your site goes down.

The Bottom Line with Analytics

That being said about web analytics and their importance, it is easy to get lost in all the numbers. So what if you get all these great numbers telling you who is visiting your website, and what they are looking at - in the end, it doesn't mean anything unless you get focused on the important numbers. The trick is to figure out what is important for your website to become successful, and then focus on them like a laser. I would go so far as to say that you should make yourself a weekly progress report for how that site is doing, make a chart to show your trend data, and then try and improve the numbers every week. This is called a dashboard for your Key Performance Indicators and it will allow you to cut thru all the clutter.

And I'd be happy to help you do just that - set up your dashboard - just let us know. I have some spreadsheets available so that all you need do is plug in the numbers to see how you are doing.
